DC Gardening Services is a small local business. Lawns, hedges, fences, gates, jet washing, turf, borders and the patios and decks that go with them. You speak to the person who quotes the job and carries it out.
How a quote works
You describe the garden
Town, what you want done, and photos if you have them. A wide shot beats three close-ups of a single leaf.
We say if we need to see it
A hedge trim or a green patio can often be priced from pictures. A new fence, turf or patio should be looked at. The visit is to measure, not to sell you a package.
The price is the price
It includes the waste if we said it does. If we open a patio and the base is rubble, we stop and reprice before carrying on.
What we will tell you straight
- Large, dangerous or highway trees are for a tree surgeon. We prune garden trees we can reach safely, including from a cherry picker.
- We fit fences you are allowed to replace. We do not referee boundary rows.
- From March to August we check hedges for active nests, and we wait if birds are using them.
- We do not jet wash roofs, certify electrics, or sign off structural calculations for high decks.
- King’s Lynn and the far west are not a regular round. Thetford is the edge, and it suits a day’s work more than a weekly mow.
